I. Equipment Overview
The pipeline-type online crude oil water content analyzer is a replacement for radioactive instruments successfully developed by our company at the end of 2007, based on years of experience in oilfield product development and manufacturing. It is now widely used in major oilfields for online measurement of crude oil water content at transfer stations and central gathering stations.
In 2009, we launched a micro-water content measurement product for the chemical industry market, capable of measuring water content in refined oil, benzene, and other organic liquids. The instrument achieves a measurement resolution of 0.01% and a temperature stability of 0.002% FS/°C.
II. Equipment Features
● Utilizes dual radio frequency principle for non-contact measurement with no moving parts, ensuring high measurement resolution and strong adaptability to various oil types;
● Built-in temperature sensor enables temperature measurement and display without external transmitters, and provides temperature compensation for water content measurement results;
● Supports bilingual interface (Chinese and English) and touch operation without opening the cover;
● Equipped with RS485/MODBUS smart communication interface, supporting remote data transmission and on-site software upgrades;
● No mechanical moving parts combined with anti-oil adhesion surface treatment ensure long-term reliability and maintenance-free operation;
● Easy and quick installation with no requirement for straight pipe sections before or after, and insensitivity to flow state and velocity.
